Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days free, with no card and no commitment, including everything in the Premium plan. At the end, you choose the plan that suits you. If you don't choose one, the account becomes read-only and your data is kept.
Is my company's data safe?
Each company has its own database, photos and documents, kept separate from other companies. Passwords are stored encrypted (scrypt), never in plain text. Photos only open with a company session or a signed, temporary link. Everyone sees only what concerns them: workers see their routes, clients see their sites.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Cleanings and photos are stored on the phone and sent automatically when the signal is back. The day's transport documents are saved so they open without signal. The app installs on the phone's home screen (Android or iPhone) without going through an app store.
Are WhatsApp notifications sent from my number?
Automatic WhatsApp notifications are sent from the LimpaRota platform's WhatsApp Business number, with your company's name in the message. It is not yet possible to connect each company's own number. On any plan, your team can also share messages and photos manually from WhatsApp on their own phone.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You manage your subscription in the app itself, through the secure payments portal (Stripe), where you can change plan or cancel. After cancelling, the account becomes read-only and your data is kept.
Can I export my data?
Yes: monthly PDF and CSV reports per client, a ZIP with all photos and a ZIP with all documents (in Settings), plus export for invoicing (Moloni and InvoiceXpress) on the Premium plan or as an add-on on Professional.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are per company, per month, excluding VAT (23%). They depend on the plan and the number of active toilets. With the annual plan you pay for 10 months and get 12.
