1. Who we are
LimpaRota is an online service for managing the cleaning of portable toilets, provided by Edson Roberto, [tax number (NIF) to be completed], [address to be completed] ("we"). Contact: [contact email to be completed].
2. The service
LimpaRota allows companies (the "customer" or "company") to organise routes, record cleanings with photos, store transport documents, manage inventory and give their own clients access through a portal. The service is provided "as is" and may evolve over time.
3. Account and access
The company is responsible for the accounts it creates (administrators, workers and clients), for keeping passwords secure and for the way those accounts use the service.
4. Free trial, plans and payments
New companies get a free trial, with no card required. After that, the service is paid for by monthly or annual subscription, according to the plan and the prices published on Plans (excluding VAT). Payments are processed by Stripe. If the subscription ends or is not paid, the account may become read-only.
5. Cancellation
The company may cancel the subscription at any time in the app itself. [Refund conditions and end of the paid period to be defined]
6. Company data
The data entered belongs to the company. The company can export it (reports, photos and documents) while it has access to the account. The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy. [Retention period after the account ends to be defined]
7. Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to try to access other companies' data, or to disrupt the operation of the service.
8. Tax documents
LimpaRota does not issue invoices and is not certified invoicing software. Transport documents issued through integrations (Moloni, InvoiceXpress) are the responsibility of the company and of the respective provider.
