The company invites
Your cleaning company creates an invitation for your email address in the LimpaRota app and sends you the link.

Open the link, create your portal account (or log in if you already have one) and confirm the connection. Nothing to pay.

Frequently asked questions
Security, cost and privacy
How much does the portal cost the client?
Nothing. The portal is always free for the client — no subscription, no card. It is included in the cleaning company's plan.
Is my data safe? Can one company see another company's data?
No. Each cleaning company has its own separate database. The portal only brings the information together on your screen: it shows you what each company shares with you, but no company sees the sites, cleanings or prices of the others.
A connection only exists if the company invites you and you accept. The invitation can be used once, expires and only works for the invited email address. Your password is stored encrypted, login attempts are limited and every connection is logged.
What does each cleaning company see?
Only the data it already had: its own clients, sites and cleanings. It knows that you accepted its invitation and the invited email address. It does not know which other companies you use, or how many.
What do I see in the portal?
View-only: your sites and toilets, the cleanings with date, time and location, the photos (before and after, when the company records them), the map, the timeline and the monthly PDF reports. You can filter by company.
Can I disconnect a company?
Yes, at any time, under Account → My companies. The company can also remove your access. Your other companies stay connected.
I already have client access in a company's app. Will I lose it?
No. Your existing access keeps working as before. The single portal is simply a way to see several companies together.
My cleaning company doesn't use LimpaRota. What now?
Send them this page with the Share button. The company can try LimpaRota for free and then invite you to the portal.
How many clients can a company connect to the portal?
The portal is included in every plan of the cleaning company. Connected clients — Basic: up to 3 · Professional: up to 15 · Premium: unlimited. During the company's free trial (everything in Premium) there is no limit. For the client it is always free.
